Portfolio and Development Pipeline
Fortress holds a small non-core portfolio, consisting of office assets valued at R901.5 million, industrial assets valued at R1.8 billion, and a portfolio of residential and serviced apartments valued at R198.7 million, representing less than 5.6% of total assets, marked for disposal to fund their development pipeline. By divesting these assets, Fortress aims to redirect capital toward its robust development pipeline, ensuring future growth potential. Specialization and Community Impact
Fortress specializes in developing and acquiring state-of-the-art logistics real estate and convenient retail centers in South Africa and CEE. Their retail portfolio caters to time-sensitive commuters, offering modern, safe, and convenient spaces that enhance the daily lives of consumers. Logistics parks are designed to support small and large-scale business operations, providing businesses with the infrastructure needed to thrive in a competitive market.
